February's Goals


February's Goals:
  1. Healthy Living.
    1. Eat 5 smalls meals a day - Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
    2. Drink more water.
    3. Exercise at least 10 minutes every day using either a workout DVD or one of the workout/dance games on the gaming consoles.
  2. Study. I will study for a minimum of an hour every evening after the kids go to bed.
  3. Around the house.
    1. Do two loads of laundry to completion - wash, dry, fold, & put away - daily.
    2. Run the dishwasher at least once a day to prevent dishes from piling up.
  4. Self-love.
    1. Weekly mani/pedi.
    2. Weekly facial.
    3. Do something nice with my hair - cut, color, and/or style. 
  5. RBCC.
    1. Start working on Summer programming.
    2. Complete remaining grant reports.
  6. Family. 
    1. Spend quality time with the kids daily. 
    2. Once a week, we will spend a family evening with no electronics. 
    3. Spend more one on one time with Justin.
    4. Begin using Goal For It charts with the kids again.
