February's Goals:
- Healthy Living.
- Eat 5 smalls meals a day - Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner.
- Drink more water.
- Exercise at least 10 minutes every day using either a workout DVD or one of the workout/dance games on the gaming consoles.
- Study. I will study for a minimum of an hour every evening after the kids go to bed.
- Around the house.
- Do two loads of laundry to completion - wash, dry, fold, & put away - daily.
- Run the dishwasher at least once a day to prevent dishes from piling up.
- Self-love.
- Weekly mani/pedi.
- Weekly facial.
- Do something nice with my hair - cut, color, and/or style.
- RBCC.
- Start working on Summer programming.
- Complete remaining grant reports.
- Family.
- Spend quality time with the kids daily.
- Once a week, we will spend a family evening with no electronics.
- Spend more one on one time with Justin.
- Begin using Goal For It charts with the kids again.
